- Avoid alcohol and or smoking for 2 days prior to injections as this too can thin the blood and cause bruising during treatment.
- Consider taking Arnica tablets 1 week prior to your treatment to help prevent bruising.
- Days leading up to the procedure, be more cognizant of the areas that bother you as this will assist us in a more accurate marking.
- Day of your procedure avoid shaving, do not apply creams or lotions to the area being treated, and wear loose-fitting clothes, thong underwear is preferred for buttocks treatments.
To properly care for and get the most out of your QWO treatment in Mount Juliet, Franklin, and Nashville, we recommend following up your injections with:
- Avoid physical activity and exercise should be avoided within the first 24 hours post-treatment as the increased heart rate and core temperature will cause more swelling.
- Avoid tanning or prolonged exposure to the sun for at least 2 weeks after your treatment.
- Avoid showering until 24 hours after your QWO injection and avoid baths for 7 days.
